How is my price calculated?

You pick each component — base, devices, policy, support, multi-branch, setup time, hosting, and add-ons. Your total is the sum of your choices.

Can I add components later?

Yes. Add-ons, extra devices, multi-branch, and extended support can be added at any time. Custom violation rules can be added post-launch.

What happens after my support period ends?

Purchase extended support at EGP 1,500/month, or continue using the system independently — it is yours.

Do I own the software?

You own your data and configuration. PayrollX is licensed for your use. Self-hosted clients have full control of their deployment.

Can I switch hosting later?

Yes. Migration fee is EGP 1,500 with zero downtime — we handle the full migration.

How are add-on prices calculated if employee count changes?

Billing adjusts automatically on the 1st of each month based on active employees. Archived employees are excluded.
